About Harmony Wellness - Meet Peg Harmony
Hi, I’m Peg Harmony—movement specialist, nature seeker, and founder of Harmony Wellness. I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 20 years, helping people build strength, confidence, and ease in their bodies through personalized, practical sessions that meet them exactly where they are.

I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), Reiki Master (RM), and Certified Mobility Training Specialist. Mobility work is my newest passion; it helps you move better, feel better, and stay active doing the things you love. Whether you're hiking, gardening, chasing grandkids, or just want to get up from the couch without groaning, I’ve got you.

​My clients range from teens to seniors, and every session is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and comfort level. I can blend strength training, breathwork, and mobility techniques to create sustainable results that feel good, not just look good.
Outside the studio, I’m often soaking up nature, hiking, snowshoeing, or tending to the garden. I love cooking cozy meals, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with friends, family, and my two cats and dog. I’ve had the joy of traveling to other countries to teach yoga, and those experiences continue to shape how I connect with movement and mindfulness. Whether it’s a quiet trail or a spontaneous road trip, I find joy in exploration, connection, and the little moments that make life feel full.
​The calming energy of Reiki continues to flow through everything I do, bringing a sense of ease, presence, and connection to every session. Harmony Wellness is more than a workout; it’s a space to reconnect with yourself and feel truly well.​
